This is getting bad. Just wondering if other schools required students be fully vaccinated? That is a requirement at Creighton which I thought was unnecessary at the time but now I’m glad about it.

I know Georgetown not only does that but is also requiring the booster.

Butler requires the COVID-19 vaccination. Unless ultra-conservative, I thought all colleges and universities would require it.

Xavier doesn't require full vaccination until the spring semester. I believe students have been home (and doing final exams remotely) since Thanksgiving.

SHU's official stance is that they require it, but it sounds like they've been pretty open to granting "exceptions."

These leagues are gonna have to change policy of handing a team a forfeit if a team can’t play due to COVID.

It might not be politically correct to say this, but I don't have a lot of sympathy if these schools either chose to not require their student athletes be vaccinated or granted exceptions unnecessarily. Everyone knew the rules and the possible ramifications.

Suit up 7 scholarship players or forfeit the conference game. Those were the agreed upon rules.

I hope the kids and others involved recover 100%, but I agree with you. Having a game cancelled is more than an inconvenience for all parties involved.

St. John’s required everyone to be vaccinated and was pretty strict about it. Professors who were unvaxed in October were terminated.
