Bingo...GQJ has multiple means of persuasion. Willard needs more expensive suits and closer connections.
BTW- Gillespie is good at basketball.

Yeah that’s a good theory until you look up and realize that Nova was called for more fouls than the Hall. Every time Nova wins in a squeaker the knee jerk reaction is that the victory was tainted because “Jay gets calls.” What would have been interesting would have been if Mamu actually grabbed that long pass and converted at the buzzer after pushing off on not one but two defenders. He couldn’t get his hands up in time because each was on a different Nova player’s back. Whistles remained silent.
It was a terrific game. The Hall is a really good team. We were fortunate. The foul on Rhoden was a foul though. Do you want to win the game that way? Of course not. But our guy got the rebound then was pushed to the ground. Should that have been called a travel instead?

The foul was on Molson, not Rhoden.

They may have called it on Molson but I rewound the play 4-5 times. It was a scrum—lots of guys trying to grab it. It fell to Swider and he had complete possession of it. Rhoden was just trying to grab a loose ball but arrived a half second late. His momentum/shoulder knocked Swider to the floor. Had that not happened I’m guessing they would have just let the buzzer sound. But with him falling they would have to call either a foul or a travel IMO.
