is he a graduating senior that will be eligible immediately?

Per Michael Pointer, yes. He's Butler's next "One and Done". Not a game changer, but likely backup PG to Lewis. From the Buffalo News, it reads like he didn't think he would get much clock at St. Bonnie next year with Adams and Posley coming back.

Xavier sophomore PG Brandon Randolph, originally from Inglewood (Calif.), has requested his release and will transfer, per source.

Not that it was ever in doubt from most people in the know, but this is now official and has been announced be the school

Six are transferring out of Bradley, SIX, "Bradley confirms 6 transfers: Josh Cunningham, Tramique Sutherland, Xzavier Taylor, Jermaine Morgan and Kendahl Amerson and Nate Wells". Cunningham had pretty good numbers as a freshman. Welcome to Peoria, Coach Wardle.

Since offensively Bradley was one of the worst teams in basketball, this overhaul of the roster is probably a good thing for future on-court performances and for locker room culture.

Cunningham would definitely be a guy I'd target if I was DePaul or Butler.
