Cincinnati probably should be in the P5 for football (not necessarily basketball) but they are not. Was your goal to list only P5 opponents? If so Cincinnati should not be listed.

1.) G'Town - Kansas, Wisconsin and Florida. Enough said.
2.) Quette - Wisconsin and Ohio State
3.) Butler - Battle 4 Atlantis jumps them up.
4.) Providence - outside of Kentucky, no real powerhouses, but they scheduled a lot of very decent teams.
5.) St. John's - Duke at the Garden and Cuse at the Dome.
6.) Nova - Cuse at home and Michigan.
7.) DePaul - Stanford and Colorado are decent gets.
8.) Xavier - knowing they also play Cincy was in my head.
9.) Creighton - Oklahoma is the only real standout.
10.) Seton Hall - Rutgers and Georgia just don't move the needle much.

I pump Nova ahead of St John's because they also have VCU. Though St John's could get a bump if they play Gonzaga. Ignoring VCU and Gonzaga is foolish.

Agree that ignoring VCU and ZAGA doesnt make much sense but understand the point of the thread. The reason I dont agree with your point about swaping NOVA and sju is because SJU also plays Minnesota who is pre season top 25. So while NOVA plays cuse at home SJU plays them on the road. Then Duke > Michigan and ZAGA+Minn > VCU. Just my opinion

Also a lot hinges on how tournaments go. Georgetown won't look as good if we lose to Florida 1st round and now instead of Wisconsin we see UAB 2nd round. Also- Marquette if they win 1st round vs Georgia Tech would see Michigan St 2nd round(and then either Tennessee or Kansas in the 3rd rd). I'd probably flip Marquette and Georgetown quite frankly.
I wouldn't have Butler ahead of PC, St John's or Nova. Likely Atlantis is UNC/Oklahoma/UAB. Compared to Cuse/Michigan/VCU for Nova(plus Temple) or Duke/Cuse/Gonzaga for St John's- not close.
And you see the problem we may face. Xavier and Seton Hall may be bubble type teams- and their OOC schedule is not going to help them. Even Creighton if they had a decent season not helped much.

I don't know about Xavier, but don't completely discount SHU being able to make its non-conference schedule an asset. Guaranteed games against the P5 aren't impressive, but they play some pretty good mid-majors highlighted by the game at Wichita State (also Nevada and George Washington) and can possibly face Clemson and LSU or Illinois State in Paradise Jam.
