Starks will play for the Timberwolves in the Vegas Summer League now. Basically got no run for Detroit. Hopefully he actually gets a shot with Minnesota.


And Chris Wright Georgetown is on the Nuggets.

Semaj Christon - 17 points and 2 rebounds in 27 minutes. 7-8 FGs, 2-2 3-Pts., 1-2 FTs. (+12 +/-).

5 assist, 2 turnovers, and 0 personal fouls.

Impressive game.

Otto Porter had 25pts 7 rebounds 3 assists in his summer league debut yesterday:

Chris Wright had 6pts 8 assists, 3 rebounds, 3 steals

Austin Freeman had 4 pts, 3 rebounds, 2 steals

Markel Starks had 4 pts 2 assists, 3 reobunds, and a steal.

Gary Harris had 33 for the Nuggets last night. Not too bad either.

I mean that's not really what happened. The picks got traded before the selection and Denver chose him for the Bulls. It's not like they drafted him and then changed their mind. Maybe Denver just takes Gary Harris or Nurkic at 11, but this way they got 2 guys for the price of 1.

Doug with another 20 points today in a lopsided win in 24 minutes of play. 7-13 from the field. Stats for Doug in the 3 summer league games: 20.5 ppg (45.0% FG, 50.0% 3FG, 94.1% FT)
