That was one of the worst games played this year. 34 turnovers, 39 fouls and 41 field goals. The FT discrepancy was shameful.

Great game to watch. Especially the high intensity for the last 8 minutes. Good win for Villanova. Tough schedule for GU, playing at Creighton then vs Villanova two days later. Would love to see the Hoyas take down Michigan State this coming Sunday.

Personally I liked the charge at the end where Georgetown had an open 3 but in the process of making the pass James Bell made a great defensive play resulting in a foul on Georgetown. Without that play by Bell, which I think was a very good play and correctly called, Georgetown would have had a very good look to tie the game as there wasn't a VU player near the corner.

No doubt there were a lot of ticky-tack fouls on both teams but that particular foul was called correctly (IMNSHO).

A game can be enjoyable to watch if it's a close, down-to-the-wire game. And that's what last night was.
