you take out the Michigan/Utah game, and it's only 547k viewers per game.
Fox has some work to do with FS1 for football. Has a lot of work actually.

You can't just cherry pick numbers. That being said what work would you like them to do?

FOX was up 12% and in 2016, FOX gets the #1 each week on the Big 12.

My answer is that in the contact FS1 has with the Big 12 from 2011 to 2015, is to get more a volume of games than better games in the Big 12 in that contact. The contact changes a bit in 2016. The Big 12 & Pac-12 are not strong leagues that turns the needle for a few schools like USC, Oregon, Oklahoma & Texas it does. To me there is nothing much you can do when you have games like Kansas at Iowa State on versus games on CBS and ABC in the mid-day.
Maybe FS1 should push more to get Thursday & Friday night games from the Big 12 & Pac-12.

And I love when Stever uses the average game ratings to rip the channel. Yeah, because when the depaul v central chicago state game only pulls a few viewers and drags down the ratings it shows fs1 sucks.
Fox sports is such a better media partner than espn. It's not even funny at this point.
