Yeah but it could have been better if KC and Toronto weren't in the playoffs...... (stever sarcasm).

These stick out to me more..
College football on FS1 is having its best season ever, averaging 628,000 viewers, +3% from a year ago, and +34% from 2013.

• USA-Mexico CONCACAF CUP on Oct. 10 scored 1,561,000 viewers, a new FS1 record for men’s soccer.

• NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races on FS1 are averaging 712,000 viewers season-to-date, +9% over the same point on the calendar in 2014 (655,000 viewers).

The college football number is a bit deceiving as most of it is the Michigan/Utah game quite frankly. Right now going into this week, FS1 has aired 25 games. So averaging 628k viewers, that's a total in the 25 games of 15,700,000 viewers. Take out the Utah/Michigan game and the FS1 average is only 534,667(by comparison last year got 610k viewers per game).. Only 8 of the 25 games aired on FS1 have gotten over the average viewers. And look at what they have this weekend. Baylor/Kansas St last night wasn't all that sexy. Saturday Texas Tech/West Virginia and Arizona St/Washington St? Next week so far Kansas St/Texas Tech and Utah/Arizona? There are 6 sexy Big 12 games with all the top 4 teams. so far- Big Fox has TCU/Oklahoma St. Next week has Oklahoma/Baylor- sounds like that's ABC prime time game. Baylor/TCU is set for day after Thanksgiving on ESPN. That leaves Baylor/Oklahoma St(11/21), Oklahoma/Oklahoma St(11/28), TCU/Oklahoma(11/21). It's very possible none of those 6 Big 12 great games are on FS1 at all- if not definitely.

Also, in a way, it's pretty bad that the channel only broke the record by 200k viewers. With everything that they had, you would have thought that the number would have gone up way more than that.

The college football increase seems surprising as the matchups this year dont seem as good as last year to me...

I won't get into you know who's negative twist on a positive, but Baylor at Kansas State got 1.2 million and countdown to kickoff show 383k.

This shows the power of Texas as last week they got killed 24-0 at Iowa State, with many big games on and the World Series and it got 800k on FS1.

Texas/Iowa St according to the site that tracks all the ratings got 742k viewers. 8th best game on for the weekend. Not near 800k at all.

rounding up would be 750k. 800k isn't close to the same thing at all.

what you did with the Baylor game I didn't say a word about. Game got 1.189 million viewers and you said 1.2 million viewers.
