Another added benefit to being partnered with Fox. The Big East Digital Network will expand from 70 to 225 telecasts next year:

73 women's basketball
35 men's soccer
35 women's soccer
15 volleyball
10 baseball
10 softball
6 lacrosse

Not sure many other conferences televise ALL their women's basketball games and most of their soccer games as well as other olympic sports.

1 thing to note about this- it's just the early part of the schedule I would guess- plus the prime time/weeknight games..

Also of note- UAB bringing back football for 2016.

Right, but I think they normally in football only release the first 2-3 weeks of the season tv schedule. then as weeks get closer, they pick the best games for TV

(although C-USA is so bad, that may be the extent of their FS1 coverage).

saw this:
http://awfulannouncing.com/2015/could-t ... r-fox.html

Think it may be safe to say- the Michigan/Utah game in September on opening night of college football may be the most important game in FS1 history. It has to show the Big Ten that they can get I'm not even going to say great ratings, but solid ratings. I mean look at what Michigan is bringing to this- their first game ever with Harbaugh coaching. That alone should get good ratings. 1st game of the season in general gets good ratings. If Fox wants to get the Big Ten for FS1, they have to produce here.
