So the Big East get anything for losing close games? Dreadful....

Painfully close to winning all 5, but instead dropped two games that PC and DePaul both led late in the game.

Oof this has been a really bad year for the Big East thus far.

So from a glass is half full perspective. I agree that the perception is a bad start. But lets look at the Ken Pom ratings start of year to now....
UConn 27-19
Creighton 23-23
Villanova 19-32
St John's 37-33
Xavier 38-34
Seton Hall 46-35
Marquette 76-67
Providence 55-68
DePaul 88-84
Butler 130-86
Georgetown 100-129

start of season: 58.09
Now 55.45

No where near as bad as you would think.

First of all it was an offensive foul. And then to say he was in the act of shooting was a joke.

Thanks guys. I thought it was a blatant charge too, but i'm such a homer that i wasn't sure.

PC got jobbed. That said, what is going on with your Friars? They look like a vastly different team than last year.

Lot of Friars graduated this past Spring. Only 3 guys returned-- Bynum, Croswell, and Breed.

The new roster i think just doesn't have enough minutes together, so the defense gets disjointed and the offense gets stagnant. Bryce Hopkins though is fantastic, a transfer from Kentucky.

The team is often cringe and difficult to watch.
