Anyone know what Val's salary is?

The most recent 990 I could find is for 7/1/16-6/30/17 - her salary was $1.13M so I'd guess closer to $1.5M now.

Salaries for some NCAA conference commissioners are skyrocketing. Here's why. - Will Hobson and Steven Rich, Washington Post - January 9, 2016

Salaries of P5 Conference Commisioners - May 27, 2019
Big Ten • Jim Delany • $5.5 million
Pac-12 • Larry Scott • $5.2 million
Big 12 • Bob Bowlsby • $4.1 million
ACC • John Swofford • $3.5 million
SEC • Greg Sankey • $2 million

Here’s how much each Power 5 conference raked in last year - Zach Barnett, FootballScoop.com - July 10, 2020
Here is how much each conference paid its commissioner in 2018-19, according to tax documents obtained by USA Today:

1. Jim Delany, Big Ten: $10.3 million
2. Larry Scott, Pac-12: $5.4 million
3. Bob Bowlsby, Big 12: $4 million
4. John Swofford, ACC: $3.8 million
5. Greg Sankey, SEC: $2.6 million

Delany’s salary reflects the first part of a $20 million retirement-kiss bonus, paid out over multiple years by the conference.

Why the term 'Power 5' should actually be 'Power 6' when it comes to men's college basketball - John Gasaway, ESPN - October 29, 2020
Earlier this month, the Knight Commission for Intercollegiate Athletics released a survey indicating a clear majority of Power 5 respondents favors the creation of a fourth division at the top of the NCAA for sports other than basketball. Then again, these same respondents favor preserving the NCAA tournament's tradition of providing automatic bids in basketball for every Division I conference.

These survey results also shed light on one particularly urgent matter of terminology: We need to stop saying "Power 5" in the context of college basketball.

I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if Val Ackerman’s total pay packet for 2021 is $2 million or a bit more, as salaries for the P5 Conference Commissioners have been rising at a much faster rate than inflation for decades. Although the Big East does not sponsor football, there is no reason to pay Val Ackerman any less than the status of her position deserves. A salary of $2 million per year is just enough to put her at the same table as the big boys, but that’s just speculation on my part.

Nice work if you can get it.

Here’s How Much Joe Biden Will Make as POTUS – January 20, 2021
According to 3 U.S. Code § 102, the president of the United States makes $400,000 per year.

Since George Washington became the first president of the United States in 1789, there have been five salary increases for the commander-in-chief. The most recent was in 2001 when the salary doubled from $200,000 to $400,000. Washington, for his part, made $25,000 per year, which equals to $600,000 today after factoring in inflation.
