As far as my team goes, Xavier was as represented. Young, but deep. All 11 schollies played and scored. Going to be an interesting year. Now go DEPAUL to make it a clean sweep !

Kid named Price on Lehigh couldn't miss.
Also, even though there was a giant "V" at midcourt, the game was played in Allentown, near Lehigh.
Man, I was getting nervous when it was 48-42.

Ahh, didn't realize the location situation. Was Nova just not hitting the shots, I know they can go "live by the 3" sometimes.

Side not, my dad got gave me his TWC login to the sports package so I have every fox channel available on FSGO. Watching Depaul and Marquette now : )

Just got home and flipped on DePaul game. Why are they playing in Olean, NY? (A-10 people will get that ). Seriously, where are they playing this game?

Maybe it has something to do with their opponent "Illinois-Chicago"? Either way, I actually like it for a game like this. You can really hear the fans when they cheer and see Depaul riding that energy. Better to play in a packed gym than an empty stadium i guess.

If there are 100 players better than Matt Stainbrook, I'll eat my computer. Dude did not make one mistake all night and apparently wasn't in tip top health.

Creighton wins 104-77. Last ten minutes was garbage time. 6 players in double figures led by walk-on Ricky Kreklow with 18. Attendance was 18,160 fans, largest ever for a home opener.

Creighton's D was passable - I think Central Arkansas scored like 15 points from the under-4 timeout on while we had 3 walk-ons in, distorting the score.

This is McGrath Arena at DePaul's main campus in Lincoln Park. Smaller than a lot of high school gyms. Driving in sucks and parking sucks.
