Starting 5:
1. Barlow
2. Dunham
3. Jones
4. Woods
5. Chrabascz

Bench:
Brown
Kelan Martin (6'6, 210 lbs FR)
Tyler Wideman (6'7, 245 lbs FR)
Aldridge

This will likely be a team with a very short bench as it was this past season. But they're after a couple of bigs as well, and while I'd guess the starting 5 won't change, it could give them some depth up front, though their frontcourt would be extremely young.

We got what, six scholarships open. So big ? on who starts and who comes off the bench. Right now I would agree with your starters for what we know today, but guarantee the make up of this team will be significantly different come October.

Currently there are 4 open scholarships, and it appears their main targets are Tyler Lewis, Eron Harris and Jackson Davis. They're also after Trevor Thompson, but there's slim to no chance with him. One last guy that they've offered according to Andrew Slater of 247Sports is Rokas Gustys, though I'm not sure anyone's really confirmed that at this point, but supposedly he's going to be visiting Butler soon.

You are right, four schollies. I was counting the two already in the bank.

I had to look up this Gustys guy. He apparently has visited or plans to visit IU, Rhode Island, and San Jose State. Reports say he hasn't put up big numbers but is a 'presence' inside.

The Indy Star report on Lewis was good, but you don't know if Lewis was just being nice to the reporter or being sincere. Harris would be great, and wanting to come home, you never know.

lol

I won`t go there.
The only thing I`ll say is: I hope Jordan comes back.
Harrison and Jordan would still be one of the best backcourt tandems in the nation.
Though they better hit 80% of their shots, because we`ll have no rebounding.

Yeah I gotta joke about it, it`s amusing now. Why stay pissed?

Marquette is currently up in the air right now with the coaching transition. However, it appears that all current players will be staying, and Sandy Cohen appears to be en route to Milwaukee as well. Ahmed Hill is more of a question mark. After losing three starters, MU are going to be YOUUUUUUUUNG next year.

If I had to guess right now, I would say next year's MU starters are
G- Derrick Wilson (Sr.)(But wouldn't be surprised to see him split minutes with Duane Wilson by Christmas)
G- Todd Mayo (Sr.)
G/F- Deonte Burton (So.)
F- Steve Taylor, Jr. (Jr.)
C- Luke Fischer (So.)(once he becomes eligible on December 15)

Subs
G- Duane Wilson (RS Fr.)
G- JaJuan Johnson (So.)
G- John Dawson (So.)
G- Sandy Cohen (Fr.)

Still up in the air
G- Ahmed Hill
G- Marial Shayok
F- Malek Harris
C- Satchel Pierce
Al McGuire: "What is this?"
Waiter: "Mr. McGuire, that is a cull lobster. Sometimes when the lobsters are in the tank, they fight. This one lost a claw."
Al McGuire: "Well then take this one away and bring me the winner."

Tyler Lewis has confirmed that he is transferring to Butler. Can't play next year but our first Mc D's AA ever! Now we just need Eron Harris and a big and Butler will be back in the conversation in a couple years.

Great get for the Bulldogs, even if he can't play this year. Hopefully they can fill up the rest of their scholarships for this season. Future is looking pretty good for Butler.

One more in the barn, three more to go. I don't care if he was a Burger King dishwasher, if he can hoop, he will be a welcome site at Hinkle. Coach Miller certainly closed that deal fast.

Here is Zak Keefer's article.
