So its Providence and Nova in the east. There goes a BE-only Final Four wet dream.

Duke, Michigan and Louisville as the other top seeds. If they make the Final Four, they will have earned it.

This might be the worst bracketing I have seen in a long time. Some notes:

1.) Four Big East teams in the field but placed in two brackets, including Providence and Nova put in the same half of the bracket;
2.) Three of the four American teams in the same bracket;
3.) Louisville is a four seed - has the committee seen them play?
4.) The Big East, American, and ACC all got 40% of their teams in. Not bad considering The American and Big East have I/3 less teams than the ACC.
5.) Of the old 16 team Big East, there are 7 teams in.

so we got:
Creighton 3 West
Xavier 12 MW PIG
Villanova 2 East
Providence 11 East

wonder how it would be different if Creighton had won last night. Wonder if a 2 was in play for them... Along with Providence- do they get in if they had lost? Really close I think.

3 brackets- Creighton in W, Xavier in MW, and Nova/Providence east

true about the AAC
