Jay did a great Job... BUT Cooley's team was picked to finish 7th 0r 8th depending on poll. He lost Dunn for the year and Austin and Bullock never played a second. Yet they finish 4th with 20 wins and lost being the 3rd place team in a tie breaker.. That sounds like a Couch of the year to me!

What hurts Cooley is that his team is still decidedly on the Bubble, whereas Wright took a preseason Bubble team and has them competing for one of the top seeds in the tournament.

Impressive work by Cooley this year, all the same.

I don't know if Nova was a preseason bubble team, but they were a 30-35 type of team.....

Cooley has done great though. If either got it, wouldn't have a complaint at all.....

Well deserved. Swept ever single team (except Creighton) and won the conference by two games.
