If you can stand being part of "Xavier Appreciation Day", go to Listerman's on Dana across from the B-school parking lot. There is also Ryan's Pub in the Gallagher Center (on campus), and Currito Burrito just outside the Cintas. A great burger and excellent beer list exists at Gordo's on Montgomery Road in Norwood, about a mile from the Cintas.

This is a big game for X and totally understandable for them and the fan base being jacked-up. Win and in 100%. Big game for Creighton too as a win may nudge them towards the 2 line. Either way it should be a great game.

Yes it is a "big game," but so is Nova next week and it's not sold out yet. I think many want to see and pay our respects to Dougie!

I sure hope he doesn't dissappoint!

Within walking of Cintas is the all-time Xavier dive bar (in a good way) Dana's http://www.danagardens.com/

I also am a huge fan of Quatman's Café Burgers - Norwood Location a few miles away http://quatmancafe.com/

Lastly, you can't go wrong anywhere in Hyde Park Square or Mt. Lookout area a 5 minute drive away from X

I'll be in the nosebleeds rooting for the Jays. Should be fun!

You can buy a 'Nova ticket for 10 bucks so I'm sure it will sell out and go SRO. Kids will be on Spring break. They giving away BE hats as well.

Obviously a huge game for X and I'm glad to see the fan base treating it as such with a sellout. Cintas has actually really struggled to be loud at times this year, even in some bigger situations, and I'm hoping that isn't the case Staruday. Spring Break starts up Monday so I'm in interested to see how many students will be sticking around the extra day or two for the game...

Just a curiosity, how big is your student section allotment? Ours is 4,100 for any curious readers (that's the cap on student season tickets, some games more students go and just buy single game tickets).
This is my opinion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

In the neighborhood of 800. It's a pretty small student section.

I think you will be pleasantly surprised as there really aren't any nosebleed seats. What section are you in?

I am in 210 about 9 rows up. From the looks of the pictures of the place it still looks like a great seat.
