I'd count Gary Williams as a Big East guy. He has history.

True GW has history (BC) but c'mon a BE guy. With over 20 years & a NC IMO Gary Williams = Maryland/ACC. Also I wonder how weird it will be for Donny Marshall to be doing BE games, with his school being relegated to the AAC as the biggest loser of realignment.

Calhoun is long gone. Not that that's any better for UConn. I'll actually be a little sad watching them this year. Not as sad as my mother's side of the family, most of whom follow UConn but only in season, but sad.

I will be too but they earned this. I'm on the record for saying I believe they will be back in play for the BE in a couple of years, but for those who think it's so improbable check out their motto for this season:
