I know it's popular on the East Coast, but being a Midwestern guy I don't know much about it other than it being a Native American game and that the University of Denver had a pretty decent nationally recognized squad during my time there. Growing up in Omaha, I don't recall ever hearing about it being played at high school or in clubs.

Without looking at their roster, I'm sure St. John's gets most of their players from long island.
Also, the north jersey & long island catholic high schools send a lot of students to Providence, so I'm sure that's where PC gets a lot of their lacrosse recruits as well. Providence has a huge alumni base on long island.

Marquette, Georgetown, Providence, St. John's, Villanova. Denver is an associated member. 6 is the minimum for an NCAA tourney autobid.
