I think he's got Walk-on of the Year nailed. :)
Big East Basketball is what it's always been. Great competition nightly.
If the Atlantic 10 didn't suck, why is everyone looking for the exits?
There is a reason why the A-10 left a team in the Central Time Zone...SLU, your move.

He played great against ST Joes and the fact that he has put up these kinds of numbers over the past 3 years is amazing. He has the highest basketball IQ in the game , and other creighton players also show great awarness of the game. I look forward to see how they handle a true inside presence in the BE and in the NCAA tourn

There are too many great players in the league for one guy to win a majority of the weekly honors, but he's got the first two right? What is the most BE player of the week awards a single player has earned in one season?

I would imagine he has a really good chance to win the most in a single year. Part of the problem is that no other team has an outstanding, potential AA candidate. Ewing had Mullin and Pinckney and Pearl Washington. Iverson, Ray Allen and Kerry Kittles. Russ Smith, Siva, Porter. Maybe Semaj this year? Sampson? Gardner? Pinkston? Smith-Rivera? Just don't think any of those guys can put up the same kind of numbers. Expect many POW's to head out west, and are well deserved.

Someone on our board said DM had won league POW 22 weeks out of 51 in the Valley and BE. The kid is kind of good.
