These things take time. I'd give it a few years and then see where we are. If we are still in the 75-85 range, then we have some cause to complain.

You're class of 16 you have a year before it matters, I'm 13 I'll take any bump I can get to my resume to get management to promote me.

But on a more serious note I donated specifically because of the advancement plan and seeing as I'm still neck deep in loans, I'm a little peeved and just venting.
