Had we beaten Wisconsin and Gonzaga, I think the argument could've been made that top to bottom we are. But we didn't, then X and Creighton lost 2 stinkers. For this year, here is how I see the College Ball landscape.

1st Tier: ACC, BIG 10, BIG 12
2nd Tier: Big East, Pac-12, SEC
3rd Tier: A-10, AAC
4th Tier: Everyone else

Last year we were in the 3rd tier, this year we have jumped to the second. The good news is I see most of the programs in the BE on the rise, so eventually we could be in the 1st tier.
