Huh? This is a head scratcher.

Had to go back and look. The last time an NCAA Tournament had none of the regionals in domed stadiums was 1995.

East Regional: Meadowlands Arena (currently the IZOD Center. Had to check to see if it had been torn down since they ran out of tenants.)
Midwest Regional: Kemper Arena in Kansas City (currently planned to be razed)
South Regional: BJCC Arena, Birmingham
West Regional: Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum
Al McGuire: "What is this?"
Waiter: "Mr. McGuire, that is a cull lobster. Sometimes when the lobsters are in the tank, they fight. This one lost a claw."
Al McGuire: "Well then take this one away and bring me the winner."
