The UNC thing is nuts and the NCAA if it has any credibility at all should come down like a ton of bricks on them.

I think you just answered the question of what's going to happen. Nothing.
Al McGuire: "What is this?"
Waiter: "Mr. McGuire, that is a cull lobster. Sometimes when the lobsters are in the tank, they fight. This one lost a claw."
Al McGuire: "Well then take this one away and bring me the winner."

Would you prefer me to specify "the regular season big east championship"? Once again logical reasoning I'm a marquette fan, marquette comes in 2nd, I say it should be given to the runner up. It's easy to figure out what I was talking about.

Also possible that the 2013 Final Four could be vacated (in which case I think it should just also be awarded to the person they beat to get there)

But seriously this would be a huge blow to the ACC to lose Cuse being a super power.

I expect Boeheim to be gone. It may also kill Hopkins' chances to take over the program since the school will probably want to cut all ties with the past. The next coach will have to be squeaky clean, which might send them calling on Tommy Amaker if he's interested or someone like that.

I hope Syracuse rots in the ACC, the same way BC has.

If the NCAA lowers the boom on them, they probably will. At least for a while. They will become somebody's reclamation project. if that happens, who will the state look to to be "New York's team". Because we know that the eyes of all college sports fans in the state turn to Syracuse, just down the road from NYC.
