About the game, Butler really has a nice core of good players returning.

I would really recommend that Woods and Berry live in the weight room for the next 8 months. They have talent, and Woods leads the BE in rebounding, but they are really thin. With 10-15 pounds of muscle added to their frames, they'll really improve.

Hey, something we can agree on!

Berry was going to redshirt this year until Jones got hurt. Woods has lived in the weight room for the past two summers and you see the (lack of) results. Unfortunately our recruiting class to date is in my mind just okay. A 6'6" and 6'8" forwards coming in, but they are freshmen. I anticipate Miller trying to get a JUCO or two qualified, but that is tough at Butler. We lost Castro already, and Butler fans anticipate one more transfer.

As much as I love Dunham, not once did he nail a buzzer beater to win a game. Last year, Rontei Clark did so several times. Hopefully Dunham will be Mr. Clutch next year.

It is unfortunate that the League did not get to see Rosie Jones this year. He was All -D last year in the A-10, and won the Gonzaga game with a steal and heave at the buzzer. We really missed him this year. He alone would have made a difference in likely all of 4 OT losses this year. He is only 6'4", but an absolute monster. He would have gotten that extra stop needed, or that put back to NOT send the game into OT. Plus, his presence would have added valuable depth. Woods would have been on the bench instead of starting. Oh well, what could have been but wasn't.
