Seriously, Johnny Boy, why would you doubt St. John's ability to miss another 3 or 4 chances in the closing seconds? It's what they do! And admit it, that's something they're darn good at. So give the Red Storm their due. They are not inconsistent at all when it comes to blowing chances in the closing seconds. You can count on it.

As for the game even coming down to the closing seconds, remember that the next game will be played at the Dunk. An OT game in NYC figures to be a 10 point win for the Friars in Providence. I really don't think you'll have to be worried about blown chances in the closing minutes. The fame shouldn't be close enough for it to matter.
Im sorry Marsh, but aren't you a SLU fan? If so when are they going to win a Big East game? Oh yeah thats riiiiiight.....
I'm a SLU fan. What the hell was that about?

Move along now nothing to see here, just another disgruntled St. John's fan. After a while you hardly notice 'em.

Well, they were necessary to get the league off the ground, so they've got that going for them.
Anybody else notice that the quote button messes things up after the 3nd quote, even if you delete the first quote it seems to put all the quotes in the same box. Makes it much more difficult to follow the dialogue, IMO. Just my 2 cents.

PC definitely has a lot of work to do. They need to do some work on the road. That is a huge test in this league.

I don't know how much work they have to do. Just saw them on CBS as a 8 seed now. 8 seeds aren't really even on the bubble in 1-2 weeks.

(now, for the bad news. 1st round game- VCU(which would be by far to me the worst case scenario for them by a big margin))

Providence's biggest task is that they have 7 road games and only 4 remaining at home. Will a 6-5 split keep the Friars on the right side of the Bubble? Can they go 7-4? Stay tuned.
