Will we see a big jump in athletic department spending?

I was just taking a gander at Butler's athletic department spending, and it appears that a couple of years ago, the department made $14m in revenue.

With the new Big East TV money, would we expect to see a big jump for Creighton, Xavier, and Butler? If Butler goes from $325k / year TV revenue to $5m / year, that would mean $19.4m in total revenue, no? That would represent a staggering 32% increase in revenue year-over-year. Plus I would expect attendance/ticket prices/donations to jump with the jump.

This thread isn't very scientific, but I'm just trying to get a sense of the scale of the Big East TV deal and what it means for each individual school.

Was the $14MM in revenue during a year in which Butler made the NCAA Finals and does the revenue include merchandise sales? Both of these would have a big impact (NCAA Tourney credits and increase in merchandise sales during a Final Four year).

However you slice it, they will be getting an additional 4.5MM in revenue in the form of TV money on top of the other revenue they make this year.

Providence is making a pretty significant investment in their facilities, I think in part due to the money the basketball program is generating. Rumors abound they are poised to announce a dedicated practice facility for the basketball team any day now. While they don't have their arena on-campus, the ideal scenario, a practice facility just for hoops will be a HUGE boost to recruiting relative to other top-flight programs. Father Shanley (PC's President) is a big booster for the hoops program and realizes it is a key revenue generator for the school.
