I mean, could you imagine if we stayed with the old conference which is now totally irrelevant in basketball. They are adding Florida Atlantic. Great, great job by the C7 presidents to negotiate that deal and bring in the additions - and most of all hire Val as our commish. She is simply the best. Time for hoops gang!

And they did it right. They could have gone to 12 or 14 or whatever in the beginning. But they knew they needed to bring just the schools that would make the league better. Quality over quantity. Hopefully they remember that with all the expansion talk.

Totally agree! The separation and then the addition of 3 home run programs could not have been better orchestrated. I know that expansion is inevitable but I really like things as they stand now. I can’t wait for the season to begin!!!
