Sorry I've fallen behind on updating this list. It's a combo of my team having a bad week last week, and having to study for an exam in medical school. I'll update all the info on Tuesday. Great win in Omaha to get back on track though.

So the Big East just announced that the Men's Soccer Big East Championhip game will be televised on Fox Sports 2. Pretty disappointing. I know college soccer isn't huge, but this is a game that should be on Fox Sports 1, especially since it will very likely be an all top-25 (and maybe even top-10) affair.

However, the women's soccer (1 top 25 and 1 more receiving votes) championship game is on FS1. I have no problem with putting the women's game on FS1, it's certainly better than nothing, but why relegate the championship game of our current best sport (success wise- sorry but basketball doesn't have 5 AP top 25 and 9 RPI top 100 teams right now) to FS2? It's something we should at least try to promote a little bit.

That is pretty disappointing, they should have moved the times to suit whenever they can get on Fox Sports 1. No one will see this on Fox Sports 2.

Standings:
1) Creighton 6-1-1 19pts
2) Xavier 5-1-2 17pts
Providence 5-1-2 17pts
4 Georgetown 5-2-1 16pts
5. Villanova 3-3-2 11pts
6. Butler 2-4-2 8 pts
7. Marquette 1-3-4 7pts
8. Seton Hall 1-4-3 6pts
9. DePaul 1-5-2 5pts
10. St. John's 1-6-1 4 pts

The Scenarios for the 2 Byes are as follows:
Creighton Plays Providence
Xavier plays Butler
Georgetown plays Villanova

Creighton wins, Xavier wins, Georgetown wins: Creighton 1 seed, Xavier 2 seed
Creighton wins, Xavier ties or loses, Georgetown wins: Creighton 1 seed, Georgetown 2 seed
Creighton wins, Xavier wins or ties, Georgetown ties: Creighton 1 seed, Xavier 2 seed
Creighton wins, Xavier loses, Georgetown ties: Creighton 1 seed, Georgetown 2 seed
Creighton wins, Xavier loses, Georgetown loses: Creighton 1 seed, Providence 2 seed
Creighton ties, Xavier wins, Georgetown wins: Xavier 1 seed, Creighton 2 seed
Creighton ties, Xavier ties, Georgetown wins: Creighton 1 seed, Georgetown 2 seed
Creighton ties, Xavier ties, Georgetown ties or loses: Creighton 1 seed, Providence 2 seed
Creighton ties, Xavier loses, Georgetown wins: Creighton 1 seed, Georgetown 2 seed
Creighton ties, Xavier loses, Georgetown ties: Creighton 1 seed, Providence 2 seed
Creighton loses, Xavier wins, Georgetown wins: Providence 1 seed, Xavier 2 seed
Creighton loses, Xavier ties or loses, Georgetown wins: Providence 1 seed, Georgetown 2 seed
Creighton loses, Xavier ties or loses, Georgetown ties or loses: Providence 1 seed, Creighton 2 seed

might not be all of them, but the point is there are a lot of permutations left despite there only being 1 game left.

Rankings:

NSCAA: #6 Creighton, #11 Georgetown, #14 Xavier, #19 Providence,
Soccer America: #6 Creighton, #9 Georgetown, #14 Providence, #15 Xavier
Top Drawer Soccer: #9 Georgetown, #10 Creighton, #15 Xavier, #17 Providence
College Soccer News: #1 Creighton, #9 Georgetown, #15 Xavier, #20 Providence

RPI: #3 Georgetown, #10 Creighton, #14 Providence, #18 Xavier, #46 Marquette, #54 Butler, #66 Seton Hall, #69 St. John's, #80 Villanova, #131 DePaul.

So 4 bids locked, Marquette and Butler on the outside looking in.

Georgetown, Crieghton are locks for Seeds, Providence might get one.
